Recording metadata

Files export as subject_XX_cond_YY_run_ZZ_events.yaml + _Info.yaml. Rec. start is the real wall-clock time of frame 0 — auto-read from the video file's own metadata (e.g. iPhone capture time) when present; event datetimes are derived from it (= rec start + clip seconds − offset). Session/Recording auto-fill from the folder path when available.
